Attendees check-in with a QR code scanned from their ticket, or – in the event of a mortally-cracked screen – their name can be searched and checked in manually. EntryFairy tracks timestamps for individual attendee check-ins, and can even track cash sales at the door, so you have all of that valuable data available in your event dashboard for your post-event wrap-up and budget.
Attendee check-in data is also crucial in the battle against chargebacks. A time-stamped ticket redemption goes a long way in proving a ticket purchaser attended the event and therefore did not purchase the tickets in error.
