Track your event's ticket sales by hovering over the "Statistics" tab on the drop-down menu and clicking on "Performance"
This takes you to the "All" page of the Performance section of the Restless Nites Ticketing Dashboard. From here you can either scroll down to view metrics or click on the icons to the right and open new pages showcasing specific sales metrics.
The Performance section is useful to breakdown tickets sales into numerous categories and visualize how marketing dollars should be spent.
Ticket Sales
Here, you can see a day-by-day breakdown of sales. This graph can be split into tickets sold and revenue generated to visualize different inflection points in sales.
Sales by Ticket Type
Here you can see a graph splitting the percentage of tickets sold by each ticket type. This can also be broken down to show you daily sales by type below.
Add-ons
Heres where you can see a summary of your Add-on sales. For more information regarding Add-on's click here
Tickets in Carts
The Cart Breakdowns section shows a real-time list of different tickets currently locked in carts. The map below visualizes in what area people are considering buying tickets.
If you're doing a festival, you can see what regions your marketing is effective. This is helpful for seeing where hotspots are and if a local, targeted campaign would be useful to drive sales in a specific region.
Waiting List
This section will show your waiting list and the tickets and add-ons that are being sold through it.
Sales by Promoter
This is where you can manage and track sub-promoters that you have brought in to augment your sales efforts.
Here, you can generate their trackable links or QR codes, and see how many tickets they have sold through them.
You can also hit "Resend All Promoter Links" to deliver each individual sub-promoter's direct link to their email inbox.
RSVP
If you have RSVP set up for your event, this is where you can see that list of attendees, and download a .CSV for your records or future marketing.
